At Enexia, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom & Germany. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and terms to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and Germany. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside the UK.

2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom & Germany — no minimum spend required.

3. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time Domestically:

  • Transit time is 5 to 7 Working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Handling time is 1 to 2 Working days (Monday to Friday)
  • The order cut-off time will be 6:00 PM. Time Zone: (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin).
  • Estimated Delivery Time (including handling): 6 to 9 working days (Monday to Friday).

4. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@enexia.store or +44 7455 295565 

Packaging & Care
We take special care in packaging your order. All items, including handbags and flat shoes, are securely packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging for added privacy and presentation.

5. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted UK & German carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders safely and promptly. All orders include tracking, which is provided to you via email once dispatched.

Shipping is carried out on business days only. While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, external factors such as weather or courier delays may impact delivery times.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Enexia is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Any carrier fees resulting from address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery fees may apply.

9. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. Each shipment will have its tracking number.

10. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Locations outside the United Kingdom & Germany.
