1. Shipping Destination
We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the United States and wish to order, please contact us at contact@emanty.store to inquire about potential shipping options.
2. Processing Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (Weekend + any holidays).
- We ship packages within 1 – 2 business days (Monday through Friday) of your order.
- Our orders are usually delivered within 2 – 3 working days.
- Total Delivery Time: 3 – 5 working days.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. However, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. These carriers offer both tracking services and insurance for all shipments.
Shipping is processed on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times depend on both the carrier and our warehouse processing times. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that actual delivery may vary due to factors such as location, carrier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number will allow you to track your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website or directly on our website by visiting Track Your Order.
We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or customs inspections) may lead to occasional delays. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct during checkout. This will ensure accurate and timely delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately.
If we need to change an address, the logistics carrier may charge a fee. If you request us to change it on your behalf, we will invoice you for the cost. If the new address is far from the original, redelivery costs may apply. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to customer error.
7. Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages
If there is no signature requirement, carriers may leave the package if the area is secure. If a signature is required and cannot be obtained, they may leave a door tag. Check the tracking info for details.
If the item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send a replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage or the missing item for verification.
If the package is returned due to misdelivery, we will re-ship it, but the cost will be charged depending on weight and size.
If the package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier and request a trace within 7 days. After this period, we cannot file a claim or offer a replacement/refund.
8. Multiple Items
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. Import Tax and VAT
For orders shipped to the United States, VAT may be applicable for imported goods, and customs duties may be applied based on the value and nature of the products. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Please check with the USA customs or the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for more details about any applicable taxes or import duties before placing your order. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may occur during customs clearance.

11. Shipping Exclusions
Currently, we primarily serve the United States market. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us at contact@emanty.store to discuss possible shipping options.
Please note that currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. If you are in one of these regions, please contact us for further assistance.
